Our client, a reputable and top-end 5 international hotel chain is looking for :
Cluster Director of Finance
Will be overseeing 4 properties in Jakarta / Indonesia.
Will be based in Jakarta, live-in benefits, no children, single package without family).
Preferable Malaysian, Singaporean, Chinese or Indian nationality owner preference).
Experience
• Minimum 5 years experience as Director of Finance, previous Cluster or Regional experience a definite plus.
• Financial management skills i.e., ability to analyze P&L statements, develop operating budgets, prepare a short and long term forecast and champion capital expenditure planning.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment.
• Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect department.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA).
• Working knowledge of hotel laws governing operations.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems technology-savvy.
• Strategic planning skills ability to translate financial concepts into actionable business strategies and tactics.
• Ability to evaluate business trends, determine applicability to customer profile and modify business strategies accordingly.
• Ability to creatively execute against the strategy and drive results.
• Ability to take constructive action without relying on directions from others.
• Ability to network and build relationships to improve the efficiency and growth of the business.

Education or Certification
