Fulltime - Receptionist/Asst. Admin. Experienced only - Must have experience with handling multi-phone lines for multiple companies. Must have phone etiquette, be detailed-oriented, reliable, dedicated, have knowledge of Outlook, possess excellent oral & written skills, and be able to multi-task. Main duties include, but are not limited to, answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person, typing, scanning and filing.
