Position Summary:
The business analystwill provide leverage and support for upper management positions across the firm. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively, problem solve, analyze data and serve as a thought partner for those working in many different aspects of the business. A successful candidate will quickly have many opportunities to take on additional challenges, where the only constraint will be their own rate of personal growth.
Job Responsibilities:
• Providing leverage for upper management
• Executing assigned tasks quickly, efficiently, and effectively
• Constantly seeking ways to improve the system and make it more efficient
• Serving as an effective thought partner for upper management
Position Requirements:
• Bachelors degree from a top school MBA is a plus
• 3.3+ GPA
• 1+ years of experience
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ownership mentality
• Focused and organized with a meticulous attention to detail
• Excel skills including macros and pivot tables or the ability to learn the necessary skills quickly
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must be willing to relocate
