You have experience in call centers in a managerial role.
You are skilled in handling customers of all dispositions.

We are establishing a new call center here in Las Vegas to be operational around February 19th 2012. Majority of calls will be inbound. Calls will be mainly support and soft sell.
We are not looking for formal qualifications. we are looking for the right person to help establish and lead our call center team.
