Must have 1-3 years call Credit card or POS terminal experience in a technical support role
Must possess industry knowledge with POS terminals
Excellent phone, communication and troubleshooting skills
Must possess strong PC skills
Strong team player and interpersonal skills
Provide technical support to Sales representatives and merchants
Programming and downloading of POS devices
Perform testing and troubleshooting on via phone
Complete projects on escalated issues as assigned till resolve
Run diagnostics on malfunctioning equipment to restore to working condition
