DESCRIPTION:
Assit Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team. Provide support to Store Manager with in-store Operational and Human Resources responsibilities. Assit with training an ongoing development for store team. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the stores business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaing a neat and organized store.
REQUIREMENTS/OPERATING PROCEDURES:
2+ years recent experience in management of a specialty retail store
Demonstrated success in driving sales by leading and motivating a team
Highly resourceful, flexible and ability to solve problems in a timely manner
Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays (FULL TIME 37.50 hours a week no over time)
Regular attendance and on time for all scheduled shifts - Must be able to work on your feet all day - Climb a ladder and lift up to 25lb on a regular basis
High School Diploma required College education preferred
