Provide Help Desk Support Professionals to fill the need of the Help Desk Service.
The IT Help Desk provides support for all the standard software and hardware, network connectivity, the registers, s and dispatches trouble calls using a Help Desk ticketing system, in the Systems and Services Team within the IT Division.
Scope of Services:
• Process new Help Desk tickets (approximately 300-600+ tickets per month per person) by, fielding incoming calls via email, phone or walk-in from internal customers and external vendodrs and consultants
• Provide first level support, Help Desk Support Professional will walk the caller through triage and problem resolution. If unable to resolve upon initial contact over the phone, trouble ticket is generated and routed to the appropriate department or technician for resolution.
• Conduct follow-ups on tickets with customers, internal customers and external vendors, and consultants.
• tickets and Close tickets upon request of customer or ITD Staff.
Pay Rate: 17.50-23.75
